AS PESQUISAS ELEITORAIS COMO CONDICIONANTES DO JOGO DEMOCRÁTICO

Resumo

O presente artigo tem por objeto apreciar a influência das pesquisas eleitorais no resultado do processo eleitoral numa tentativa de verificar se há quebra de harmonia com o próprio jogo democrático. O trabalho tem a pretensão de suscitar discussões acerca da divulgação de pesquisas eleitorais e sua influência na formação de pinião pública.

Abstract

The object of this article is the influence of the electoral research in the result of the electoral process to try investigate if there is break of harmony with the proper democratic game. Such analysis will be based on the brazilian and foreign doctrines, and 1988 Brazilian Federal Constitution and others specific laws.
