Resumo
A promulgação da Emenda Constitucional nº 66/2010, que criou o divórcio verdadeiramente direto ao alterar o art. 226, §6º, da CF, promoveu uma revolução silenciosa no direito de família, com inúmeros reflexos no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Dentre os reflexos desta nova ordem constitucional, destacam-se aqueles relativos ao direito a alimentos. Objetivando investigar estes reflexos no direito de alimentos, o presente artigo se pauta em um estudo bibliográfico e, especialmente, documental, ao realizar a análise de decisões paradigmáticas do Superior Tribunal de Justiça e do Supremo Tribunal Federal. Será visto que a repercussão da EC nº 66/2010 no direito de alimentos ocorre especialmente no que tange à forma de fixação dos alimentos, em que se afasta qualquer critério baseado na culpa para dar lugar apenas ao binômio necessidade de quem pede e possibilidade de quem presta.

ABSTRACT
The Constitutional Amendment No 66/2010, which established the unconditional right to divorce by changing the art. 226, §6º, of CF, caused a quiet revolution in family law, with many reflections in the Brazilian legal. Among the consequences of this new constitutional order, are the ones concerning the right to food. In order to investigate these reflections on the right to food, this article uses method of bibliographical study and, especially, documental study, analyzing paradigmatic decisions of the Superior Court of Justice and the Supreme Court. It will be seen that the impact of Constitutional Amendment n. 66/2010 on the right to food occurs especially regarding the fixation of food, which removes any criterion based on fault to give rise only to the binomial the necessity of the person requesting and the possibility of the person providing,.
