O texto aborda o tema da Sittlichkeit como possibilidade para se pensar uma paideia jurídica, como processo de formação essencial da cidadania no mundo contemporâneo inclusivo de uma formação jurídica dos indivíduos, fundamental à afirmação do direito como realidade essencialmente ética.
