Abstract

The article analyzes how the discipline of labour law has the tools capable of coping with emergencies,
be they economic, health, war, environmental. The experience of Covid has highlighted this ability
and has led to the establishment of mechanisms that remain definitive aimed at maintaining
employment levels threatened by any event.
