Resumo

A Lei Sherman de 1890 é reconhecida como um dos grandes marcos do Direito Econômico. De acordo com essa importância, o artigo investiga os elementos que influenciaram a versão original da Lei Sherman, considerando as normas e institutos jurídicos que colaboraram para sua definição, bem como as principais inovações que ela ocasionou ao Direito dos EUA.
