Resumo

RESUMO

 Na História das Relações Internacionais podemos observar manifestações feministas pontuais em vários países. Apenas na modernidade as mulheres conseguiram se organizar e construir reivindicações partindo delas próprias, e não de Tratados escritos durante uma dominação predominantemente machista. Assim, a partir de uma análise iniciada na Idade Moderna, este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a organização das mulheres e sua participação no plano internacional através de instituições internacionais criadas pelas mulheres e homens que tinham e têm objetivos relacionados à luta feminista. Para tanto, tratamos por uma questão didática da história do movimento feminista e quais são as suas expressões de organização internacional em guerras, revoluções e instrumentos de direito internacional que marcaram a Idade Moderna, tentando ressaltar no andamento dessa história os pontos essenciais que tocam com as relações internacionais e as manifestações em favor dos direitos das mulheres. Pretendemos analisar o desenvolvimento de uma iniciativa feminista e, rapidamente, os fatos históricos relevantes da história das mulheres no âmbito internacional, questionando-nos quando as feministas passaram a atuar e se conscientizar enquanto um movimento único, com características próprias e capazes de realizar mudanças através de suas próprias lutas. Por fim, discutimos essas posições femininas diante das teorias do Direito Internacional e das Relações Internacionais.

ABSTRACT

 In History of International Relations we can observe specific manifestations of women's interests in several countries. Only in modern times women managed to organize themselves and build their own claims and not based on treaties written during a sexist domination. Thus, from an analysis started in the modern age, this work aims to study the organization of women and their internationally participation through international institutions created by the women and men who had and have goals related to feminist fighting. To this end, we studied the history of the feminist movement and what are the expressions of international organization in wars, revolutions and instruments of international law that marked the modern age, trying to highlight in the progress of this story the essential points that touch on international relations and manifestations in favor of women's rights. We intend to explore the development of a feminist initiative and then the relevant historical facts of the history of women internationally, questioning us when women started to act and be aware as an entity, with its own characteristics and capable of make changes through their own struggles. Furthermore, we discussed these female positions on the theories of International Law and International Relations.
