Resumo

O presente debate foi dividido em duas partes. A primeira parte revela como o direito internacional e os tribunais internacionais ou internacionalizados, de direitos humanos ou de caráter penal, se posicionam sobre o tema da anistia. A segunda parte expõe a posição desses tribunais a respeito do direito à verdade e as diversas concepções das comissões da verdade sobre a repressão penal de crimes internacionais e a anistia.

ABSTRACT

This debate was divided into two parts. The first part reveals how international law and international or internationalized courts with jurisdiction over human rights or international crimes are positioned on the subject of amnesty. The second part outlines the position of these courts in respect to the right to the truth and the various conceptions of truth commissions regarding the prosecution of international crimes and amnesty.
