The present article intends to demonstrate the necessity to form legal professionals according to feminist epistemologies so that the Legal Science does not become an instrument of gender violence. For this scope, the theoretical analysis, according to feminist methodologies, is aligned with the legal praxis in Criminal Law, specifically regarding the use of the legitimate defense of honor thesis in femicide crimes, in view of the declaration of unconstitutionality of this thesis by the Supreme Court in ADPF 779. Based on these analyzes, realized by bibliographic survey, statistical data and thematic jurisprudence, it was possible to identify the positive symbolic character of Court decisions prohibiting the use of moral theses in crimes against women able to contribute to overcoming this kind of gender violence in the juridical sphere. The analyzes also allow to point out the failure of teaching and learning in Law degree regarding the construction of knowledge based on the experiences of women and proposes, on the other hand, a forming according to a critical and subversive perspective of gender relations.
